Prices for readiness reviews, MCP audits, engineers and maintenance

USD 10,000 for a ten-day readiness review or MCP security audit, USD 12,000 per engineer per month, and maintenance from USD 3,000 a month. You pay the same whatever a verdict says.

All prices exclude tax. We invoice in USD, or in GBP or EUR at the exchange rate on the invoice date.

Services and prices

Production readiness review

USD 10,000 fixed

Ten working days. Automated tests (evals) built from your agent’s real failures, a review of every tool and MCP server, and a signed go/no-go verdict. Also as an MCP security audit, at the same price.

  • Founding-client price for the first three: USD 6,000, for an anonymous published summary you approve (all three places open)
  • Up to 10 tools and MCP servers
  • One re-run within 30 days
  • Half when you book, half when the verdict arrives
  • Either side can stop after day 3, and you then pay USD 3,000, or USD 1,800 at the founding price

AI agent maintenance

USD 3,000 per month, one agent

USD 6,000 per month for up to three agents with weekly runs.

  • Runs after model releases and retirement notices
  • Up to 100 production traces read per agent each month
  • 16 or 32 hours of drift fixes a month
  • Cancel with 30 days’ notice
Send your model ID

Not included in any price

  • Model API costs. Suites run on your keys, so your provider bills you directly.
  • Fixing a review’s findings. Our engineers can, at their monthly rate.
  • Penetration testing of systems your agent can’t reach, and compliance audits.
  • Travel. We work remotely, and if you want us on site, we quote it first.

Why the prices are public

Buyers have put transparent pricing at the top of their wish list for vendors four years running (TrustRadius, 15 July 2026). That’s why we publish the price and the scope. Each price is set by the scope (the days, the number of tools, the deliverables and the re-run), not by an hourly rate.

Which one first

If your agent isn’t in production yet, start with the production readiness review. It tells you what has to change and leaves a suite behind. If your product exposes an MCP server, start with the MCP security audit. If the agent is live and a model you use is about to change, start with maintenance. If you know what to build and lack the engineers to build it, start with forward deployed engineers.

Describe your agent and we’ll say where to start

A few lines are enough. We reply within one working day with the service we’d start with, and why.
